Job Math (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Job Math mobile application on iOS and Android (“App”).

This policy applies only to the Job Math mobile app, not a web application.

a. Account Information

To use Job Math, you must create an account. We collect:

  • Email address
  • One-time magic login code (used only for authentication)

Login is mandatory to use the App.

b. Business & Usage Data

When you use the App, we may collect and store:

  • Job details (job name, amounts, status)
  • Invoices you create
  • Expense records
  • Client details you enter (such as name, email, phone number)
  • Payment and profit-related data

This data is entered by you and is used to provide core app functionality.

c. Device & App Data

We may collect limited technical data such as:

  • Device type and operating system
  • App version
  • Crash logs and performance data

This helps us improve app stability and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the Job Math App
  • Authenticate users using email and magic codes
  • Store and display your jobs, invoices, and expenses
  • Improve app performance and reliability
  • Communicate with you about account-related matters
  • Provide customer support

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Storage & Security

  • All data is securely stored on our backend infrastructure using Supabase
  • We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data
  • Access to your data is limited to authorized systems only

Despite our efforts, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the App:

  • Supabase – authentication and database services
  • Resend – sending magic login codes and account-related emails

These services process data only as needed to provide their services to Job Math.

5. Payments

Currently, Job Math does not charge users.

In the future, paid features may be offered via Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchases. Any payments will be handled directly by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

6. Account Deletion & Data Rights

You can delete your account directly from within the App.

When you delete your account:

  • Your personal and business data will be permanently deleted from our systems
  • This action cannot be undone

7. International Users

Job Math is used by users worldwide. By using the App, you consent to your data being stored and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy, regardless of your location.

8. Children’s Privacy

Job Math is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App or on our website with an updated effective date.
